I was sick and tired of feeling like I did. I had gone from gym to gym numerous times. After meeting Becky and sitting and talking with her, she was the ONLY one to tell me that I could continue to exercise ALL the time, but until I changed my eating habits and included the exercise nothing would change.

I was willing to do whatever it took. I slept better, Becky helped me with my eating habits and I was determined to follow through. I met some amazing fellows and would recommend Becky to anyone and I did. She truly cares about people and their lifespan.

We started working out with Becky Vanderburg in 2006. At the time I was 198 lbs and my husband was 217 lbs. We both realized we needed help to become healthier. Becky was just the person to do that. She tailors workout programs to not only challenge us but also to develop a fit and lean body. In addition, she helped us focus on eating habits for healthy living.

Basically she helped us create a better lifestyle. Becky is very mindful of one's capabilities and goals and appropriately tailors her approach. She is encouraging, cheerful, creative, friendly, and kind. She has a remarkable level of expertise in many areas.

We are extremely proud to have her as our trainer and consider her as a friend. Happy to report that my weight dropped to 120 lbs and my husband to 197 lbs and with Becky's continued support we have been able to maintain that for the past several years. You won't find anyone better to help you than Becky Vanderburg.

I started training with Becky about 15 years ago. My weight at that time was 162-165 (I am 5'5"), and I thought I was in good shape. My contact with Becky was a gift referral from a friend, so I gave it a try.

I realized that 1) I was NOT in such good shape, and, 2) I was carrying too much weight for my height. After my first session, I found myself achy, but, moreover, determined to continue to improve myself.

I continued to see Becky every Saturday morning, altered my diet to a more "clean" regimen, and waited to see the results.

Within several months, I met my weight goal of 140#, and was feeling better than I had in years. Waist went from a 34" to 32", post training achiness subsided, and I have continued training with Becky since. I am now 78, and still train weekly, via Facetime, still eating clean, and keeping my weight from 138-141 on a regular basis. I owe all of this to Becky Vanderburg and her trainer skills, motivation, and encouragement. I am active, enjoy walking, hiking, bicycling, and, when traveling, we always start the day at the fitness center.

The two photos I have posted are a before and after that tell the tale quite graphically.

I see too many people my age, and even younger, who are sedentary, have health issues, and just do not get around. I do not want to be one of them. I may call Becky the Princess of Pain or the Mistress of Misery, but all in fun! She tailors my workouts for my age and abilities, works with any current issues (colds, sinus or allergy issues, or the occasional sprain or sciatica flare up) and will never push me, or anyone else, beyond safe and practical limits. The health and safety of clients is always in the forefront.

While we were still training in person at a fitness facility, I would frequently see Beck go up to others working out and warn them that they were lifting in a potentially harmful manner, and how to safely do their routine. She cares that much about fitness, the right way.

I cannot recommend Beck Vanderburg enough, from teenager to olden folks like me!
